Warren MacGregor

With more than twenty years of international experience in the construction and development industries, Warren specialises in project management and providing commercial and contractual advice including dispute resolution. He has provided evaluation and commercial services to government agencies on major infrastructure projects including the M5 East, Pacific Highway, Cross City Tunnel, Lane Cove Tunnel, North West T-way, Windsor Flood Evacuation Route, Northern and Southern Hume Highway Alliances, South Road Upgrade/ANZAC Highway Underpass, Sydney Harbour Bridge Infrastructure Upgrading and the Northern Busway/Airport Link projects. Warren provided project management and commercial support to Transurban for the M2 Multi Lane Free Flow Electronic Toll Collection project and was the independent Project Verifier. Warren also had a long term secondment with the Olympic Roads and Transport Authority and was responsible for the commercial closure of the Bus Transport Contract used to deliver bus services for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
