Walter Prolov

Walter Prolov has 35 years experience designing complex road infrastructure projects, including concept development, delivery strategies, packaging, documentation, tendering, evaluation, negotiations, design reviews, project management and finalisation. He has worked on numerous major bridge and road infrastructure projects, including project management roles on a large number of RTA projects. These include the set-up of the Victoria Road Upgrade Alliance and the Westlink M7 Motorway. In both projects, Walter delivered project management services from the initial concept development through document preparation, tender assessment and evaluation and technical advice during the tender period, to design review, negotiations and finalisation.
