Tom has over thirty years experience in the delivery of infrastructure in Australia, and particularly in Queensland. Tom has a long and distinguished record developing from project engineering roles to executive general manager, northern region for one of Australia’s largest and most capable civil engineering contractors. Tom’s project experience includes major road, rail, mining, logistic, communication, busway, marine, water and building. Tom brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of construction and delivery, from tendering to completion. Tom’s knowledge and skills embrace all aspects of delivery, including organisational management, project management, cost control, safety, risk management, agency interface, design management, planning, procurement, forecasting, human resources, performance monitoring, change management, contract strategies, quality systems, verification and completion.
