Neale Shekelton

Neale has over 27 years experience in the operation and maintenance of rolling stock, working for organisations such as Queensland Rail, United Group Rail, Pacific National, Great Southern Rail, TransAdelaide, Toll Rail NZ and BlueScope Steel. He has extensive management experience, including executive positions in a large publicly-listed company. Recent roles have included general management of maintenance sites covering multliple customers and contracts, where he successfully achieved financial and operational targets, management of the NR class locomotive fleet to achieve and maintain world-class performance and Through-life Support Leader of the StarTransit Bid Team for the Railcorp PPP project for passenger cars.
