Mark Ross-Smith

Mark has a wealth of experience developed over 35 years in a diverse range of industries including infrastructure delivery, manufacturing, logistics and transport services, retail distribution, systems and system engineering. Mark has been directly responsible for the management of projects, activities and businesses as well as in the provision of advisory consulting services. Mark’s early career was in civil engineering design and management, with responsibility for the delivery of multi-million dollar road, bridge and airport construction projects, design of major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, airfields and industrial estates, and preparation, administration and management of large contracts. Mark’s expertise in management and optimisation encouraged him to undertake an MBA which provided the catalyst for Mark to further develop his expertise in all aspects of supply chain strategy and implementation, systems integration, business process improvement, financial modelling and project management.
