John McLuckie

John has over 30 years experience across industries such as construction, steel, manufacturing, mining, defence and rail, and is skilled in the delivery of all facets of complex infrastructure projects over a full range of delivery models. John has a unique combination of hands-on general management as well as strategic advisory expertise. His experience ranges across executive management of a large ($600 million annual turnover) organisation that designed, manufactured and maintained railway locomotives and rolling stock to the analysis of complex processes leading to the identification and implementation of significant performance improvements across a wide a range of industries. In addition to strategic advice to public sector agencies in the planning and procurement of infrastructure and services, John has provided strategic advice to a variety of private sector clients including an Australian industrial chemicals manufacturer, global mining and smelting companies with open pit and underground operations, building and construction companies, a major multinational aerospace and defence company and electricity generators. John is also very experienced in the support of clients in dispute resolution.
