  Doug has over 30 years experience in the civil and construction industry and is skilled at providing strategic leadership, analysis and resolution of complex commercial processes, strategic procurement and delivery advice, and management and leadership of financial, legal, commercial and technical teams over the full range of delivery models (including construct only, D&C, Alliance, PPP and managing contractor). His recent experience includes roles as commercial and technical advisor or team leader on a number of major infrastructure projects including Sydney Ports’ Port Botany Expansion and Brisbane’s Gateway Upgrade as well as a number of major road upgrade projects. He has worked with public sector road authorities on many of major projects, including the Port River Expressway in Adelaide, the Tugun Bypass in Queensland, North West Transit Way in Sydney and various national highway projects in NSW including Brunswick Heads to Yelgun, Karuah Bypass, Karuah to Bulahdelah, Albury Wodonga and Ettamogah to Murray River.
