David Longmuir

David holds both ‘Master of Business Administration’ and ‘Master of Applied Finance’ degrees, and has over 20 years experience with major infrastructure project development and delivery throughout Australia and South East Asia. He applies his unique combination of financial, technical and commercial expertise to assist private and public sector clients to meet their infrastructure challenges. His successes include leading roles delivering major privately funded road projects, a privately financed trans-national rail project, Australia’s first integrated water, wastewater and recycled infrastructure project, mining and mineral processing projects and numerous complex systems and communication infrastructure projects. David has extensive knowledge of, and experience in all contract models, particulary in current PPP processes and practices and has extensive experience in the quantification of risks from client, contractor and financier perspectives.
