Andrew Milne

Andrew has over 20 years professional experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry covering all facets of rail transport systems including design, manufacture and maintenance to Operational and General Management. He is skilled at developing business and operational strategies, leadership and management of multi-discipline teams supported by major project tendering, design, commercial and project management ability. More recently Andrew has held key business leadership roles in Strategic Development, Bid Management and was recently General Manager for a large Rolling Stock operational business group comprising multiple national and international sites, customers and contracts with turnovers exceeding $100M. Typical projects Andrew has been involved in include tendering, establishment and management of alliance based asset management contracts, Design and Project Management of large rolling stock projects and Bid Manager for the recent RailCorp PPP. Andrew’s expertise covers the full range of project and business areas ranging from strategic development to projects, operational and business management.
